I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE ABOUT THE PERSONAL CULTURE OF DILIGO LEADERSHIP WITH EVERYONE!

1. How you teach your employees to live, you will teach yourself to live like that.
2. Like a person must learn to swim well before teaching others to swim. If you don’t know how to swim, taking your children to the sea to swim will kill them all.
3. As a father, mother, or leader, teach yourself wisdom and morality to be a healthy and happy person before teaching your children and employees.
4. The same goes for a healer, heal your own Mind, Body, and Karma before healing others!
5. Please learn from the Buddha, he is a shining example of living without causing suffering to yourself, others, or living beings!

6. Every day I see my own sins and mistakes, feel ashamed and correct them every day, practice and cultivate them in every situation of life, let go of everything with 7. Virtue:
+ Virtue of love: The love is as vast as the earth and sky, covering all things, all species, from trees, flowers, leaves, light, the moon, the sun, the stars that are still breathing, I love them all. With concentration, mindfulness, and awareness!
+ Virtue of compassion: When I see someone suffering in mind, suffering in body, having a worried, fearful, annoyed, angry, resentful spiritual life with relatives, family, clan…, anyone with heavy karma, illness, I plant the seeds for them to meet the Buddha’s Dharma so that they will not be paralyzed in wisdom and have a life of liberation from suffering!
+ Virtue of joy: When people scold me, call me stupid, I happily bow to them. Because I understand the truth, wherever there is intelligent people, there is suffering, wherever there is wisdom, there is happiness, serenity, peace, and safety. I am still very stupid because I have not yet abandoned all my Greed, Anger, and Delusion to attain enlightenment!
– People without wisdom only cause suffering to themselves, others, and sentient beings. They do not know why they suffer! They are intelligent, but very ignorant!
+ The virtue of Forgiveness: Living in mindfulness and in countless moving scenes, but cultivating an unmoved mind in the face of praise and criticism, because all worldly dharmas are impermanent, the body is impermanent, the mind is impermanent, the scene is impermanent, material things are all impermanent…!, living only to love and forgive. Because of impermanence, I am not angry, resentful, resentful, blaming, clinging, harboring, or holding grudges against anyone!
So I live peacefully in moving scenes, always happy! I smile at everyone I meet!
